INTRODUCTION:

Arrive well before curtain-up to enjoy your meal and an outstanding show around heavy wooden tables in the friendly atmosphere of this vibrant old-world theatre.

The Barnyard Theatres are favourites amongst our corporate clients who return to us time and time again. The Cresta Barnyard can be used for:

FUNDRAISING:

Wednesdays and Thursdays are available for fundraising events. A substantial amount of money can be made for a charity organisation or school.

Cresta: 400

Seating is at tables or table-height counters on various levels including a gallery and two semi-private levels.

Block bookings of 50 or more can be accommodated in semi-private areas in the auditorium.

THE SHOW:

The client may choose to incorporate the resident show into their function.

When the show is included in the function the evening can be tailor-made to accommodate your requirements. Welcoming drinks, speeches and branding opportunities can be discussed with theatre management.

CONDITIONS OF VENUE HIRE:

General:


- Should you wish to hold a function that does not include a show, management of the theatres will have to check the availability in accordance with scheduled shows.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- The theatres are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage by fire or injury of any other nature to any person or article..

Matinees:

The full venue needs to be hired for all matinee shows except normal Sundays shows.

Matinees need to be booked 14 days in advance to allow the performance to be scheduled.

All patrons attending a matinee performance must vacate the theatre by 16h00. This will allow us to prepare the venue for the evening performance.
