The contemporary menu offers an exceptional choice of salads which can be served as a starter or main course portion. In addition to the usual Greek, French and Italian options, more unusual combinations include a very traditional Biltong salad with roast butternut and Cape gooseberries, or a more exotic Chinese salad with stir fried chicken and Chinese noodles. Main course recommendations are the Duck and Cherry pie, Spinach and Salmon Souffle, and grilled fillet of Kudu in a pepper and cranberry sauce.
