"That's It!" was established in 1993 and was one of the first Guest homes established in Pretoria. "That's It!' is a comfortable home set in a beautiful leafy sub-tropical garden.

The back garden has many large palms and a lush lawn surrounds a sparkling pool. There is a "lapa" which is an outdoor entertainment area set under a thatched roof. The lapa is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and pool loungers wait invitingly for guests to relax.
