Next to the American Embassy, Venning Park is also known as the Rose Garden, thanks to the beautiful Rose beds surrounding the walkways. A small dam and tea garden are also part of the attractions, and there are jungle gyms and a play area for the children.

3 hectares in extent, this park is located in a busy part of Arcadia, next to the American Embassy, Indian High Commission, with the central Baptist Church, the oldest in Pretoria and a beuatiful Anglican Church on either side.

Venning Park is between Pretorius and Schoeman Street, crossing with Farenden.
