Wedding Ceremony: Have a Garden Wedding!

Make your Wedding day extraordinary by hosting the wedding ceremony in our picturesque gardens and by taking your wedding vows outside, amidst the summer breeze Mother Nature. Willow Park is situated next to a Willow-bordered lake, which is the perfect background for a romantic garden wedding. Your guests will be seated underneath the large Willow trees and will enjoy the comfort of the shade in summer time.

Our professional sales team will assist you in co-ordinating your garden wedding and we suggest that the following items are hired in to create the “perfect picture”; Red carpet, chair covers, wedding arch and sound equipment for outside.
Wedding Reception Functions:

The Wedding reception can be hosted in any one of our venues, depending on your preference and the number of guests attending the function.

The most frequently used function venue is the Willow Hall and it seats 180 guests in comfort, with an adjoining dance floor. The venue comprises: Separate buffet area, fully service bar (according to your needs), dance floor and outside patio with private ablution facilities. We will ensure that the venue is set-up according to your specifications and that all your catering needs are taken care off.

When it comes to the other aspects of planning a successful wedding reception, we can assist you with a list of reliable suppliers of the following:

- DJ’s and Music
- Flowers
- Décor and Draping
- Hiring companies
Catering and Bar Facilities:

We have a selection of 3 Buffet Function Menu’s to choose from, depending on your budget and preferred dishes. It is our belief that the Bridal couple should indulge in all their favourite foods at their Wedding reception and that is why our Executive Chef is very flexible and will gladly assist you with the planning of your menu, considering colour, variety & buffet set-up.

Full Bar facilities are available. The bar account will be handled according to your specific needs and requests. We offer a selection of welcome drinks upon the arrival of your guests and there are plenty of wines and sparkling wines to choose from, should you require these to be placed on the tables.
Photo Opportunities:

The beautiful picturesque gardens surrounding the function hall makes a wonderful backdrop for photographs and is a very romantic setting. The bridal couple is welcome to arrive earlier should they wish to take photo’s prior to the guest’s arrival.
Accommodation – Guest House & Guest Lodge:

For the Bridal Couple: Should a bridal couple book a wedding reception for 50 + guests they will be offered complimentary accommodation in one of the Executive Suites on the evening of the wedding and a Full English Buffet Breakfast the next morning.

For the Wedding Guests: To avoid drinking and driving, we offer the Wedding Guests a special Bed / Breakfast rate should they wish to stay over, whilst attending a Wedding Reception.
